Tickets can be purchased online, in person using cash or card, or over the telephone using a debit or credit card.
Tickets are issued electronically via an emailed ‘e-ticket’ PDF. There is no need to print these tickets if you are able to show them on a smart phone or similar device.
Paper receipts are available if anyone would prefer to not use email.
On arrival all audience members should pick up a re-usable laminated ticket from the Box Office. This will enable entry to the performance space.
All seating is unreserved.
Tickets are available online until 2 hours before the event starts. Additional tickets will be available in person from 45 minutes before the start time, unless the show is sold out.
Concessions apply to seniors, children under 18 years, students in full time education, Equity & SDUK members, anyone that is registered as disabled or a registered carer, and members of the British Forces. Proof of status will be required.
All performance spaces and facilities are fully accessible.
Due to the variability of seating arrangements in our performance spaces it is useful for us to know at the time of booking if a wheelchair space is required. However, it is likely that this can be arranged on arrival. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the show.
Each ticket bought online will incur a £1 booking fee.* There is no booking fee for tickets bought in person or over the telephone.
*Selected events or courses may incur a higher fee, for example Actors Alive and Writer’s Group term fees.
Some events carry a group offer of 10% off for groups of 6 or more. Please check carefully as details vary depending on the event.
Tickets for groups can be purchased using the methods above unless an invoice is required, in which case please email email@example.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are unable to offer refunds unless an event is cancelled by Omnibus. Please check the date and time of the event carefully when purchasing your tickets.
Tickets may be exchanged at Omnibus’ discretion. Usually exchanges can only be made for a different performance of the same production, according to availability. Exchanges must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will incur a £2 charge per transaction.
Sold Out Events
Occasionally extra tickets are released shortly before the start of a sold out event. To join the waiting list for these potential extra tickets please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 7498 4699. A list will be kept in the chronological order of requests. On the day of the event please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. If there are tickets available they will be released close to the start time. Tickets will be allocated according to the order of the waiting list, only to those customers who attend in person on the night. You will be welcome to sit comfortably in the bar while waiting. Please note that we cannot guarantee admission even if you are first on the list.
