Through a range of training and professional development schemes, we aim to make a real impact on those with talent, drive and potential. By providing specially tailored support and training in a professional environment, we develop careers and increase employability. We change the lives of those who work with us and, in turn, allowing them to use their skills to feed back into the community.

Artists

Omnibus supports the most promising artists in the early stages of their career, allowing them to develop work and raise their profile. We support them at every stage, providing space, actors, directors and inviting an industry audience, allowing many to gain their first reviews to progress.

Traineeships

We provide specially-tailored mentoring and support to emerging arts professionals, allowing them to develop the skills and experience they need for a successful and inspiring career. Nine out of our eleven current staff members started their careers as trainees at Omnibus.

Long Term Unemployment

Omnibus volunteers accrue valuable experience with us that has provided routes into employment. From IT and Administration, to DIY and arts management, we give our volunteers the skills and opportunities to gain paid employment.
