Duty Manager (Event Logistics: Party & Corporates)

Omnibus are seeking to recruit a confident and proactive part-time Duty Manager to work approximately 20 hours per week on a flexible shift pattern. Events vary from theatre and music shows, rehearsals to private and corporate hires. The successful candidate would be expected to cover shifts for evening and weekend events as well as assisting the Front of House Coordinator to facilitate the smooth and efficient day to day running of Omnibus’ Front of House operations. All shifts are a minimum of 4 hours in duration and average 5 shifts per week.

Salary: £7.20 p/h, rising to £7.50 p/h in April 2017. (£14976/£15,600 p/a pro rata)

Omnibus, opened in November 2013 as a multi-disciplinary arts centre, housed in the old Clapham Library, overlooking Clapham Common. The building contains a 90-seat studio theatre, a café/bar and two performance and rehearsal spaces which host a diverse and high quality programme of work including innovative, high quality theatre, music, literature, visual arts, comedy and film, as well as family and free events.. Our iconic building is central to the work we create, with the building innovatively re-imagined for different performances including site-responsive and promenade productions.
