Cafe/Bar Supervisor

Omnibus are seeking to recruit a committed and proactive Cafe/Bar Supervisor with great customer service skills to lead and manage the growing cafe/bar at our busy theatre. The role is based on a shift pattern, working a minimum of 32 hours per week alongside the existing Front of House team.
The successful candidate would be expected to work the majority of bar shifts for our events and manage the day to day running of the cafe/bar. Alongside this they will also be responsible for the administration, stock maintenance and income analysis arising from the department.

Omnibus  is  a  multi-arts  venue  housed  in  a  converted Victorian  library  overlooking Clapham Common, London SW4. The building is home to a 90-seat studio theatre, a café/bar and two performance and rehearsal spaces which host a diverse and high quality programme of work. 
We  create  an  ever-expanding programme  of  innovative,  high  quality  theatre,  music,  and visual  arts,  as well as family and free events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ bar experience and customer service, excellent communication and team working skills. This growing business could be the ideal position for someone looking for long term employment and a career within the industry.
Please note, this role will involve regular evening and weekend work.
