An evening with West End and Hollywood star, Bill Nighy, who will talk about his life and career with Jonathan Maitland.
From the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Bill Nighy has long been established as the ‘go-to’ British actor of his generation, starring in blockbuster films as well as theatre productions like Tom Stoppard’s Arcadia and Bill Penhall’s Blue/Orange, for which he won an Olivier Award. Along the way, he has been awarded a BAFTA, a Tony and a Golden Globe for his work in film and theatre over four decades. If that track record doesn’t make him a legend, then nothing will.
From drama school in Guildford to his latest work in films (Pirates of the Caribbean, Dad’s Army…) Bill Nighy will discuss his life and glittering career in front of a live audience, exclusively at Omnibus.
