‘The law says we can’t play anymore. But what is a toy if it can’t play?’

Toyland is at war. Refusing to succumb to the reign of the Evil Queen and her army, four toy-friends embark on a quest for a new home. From a sea-monster border-guard to the Gingerbread Mayor of sweetie-land, follow the toys and the characters they meet on their journey as they search for a place of peace.

Full of puppetry, live music and audience interaction, join the Sad Teddy Bear, the Honest Tiger Girl and friends as they experience an adventure inspired by events in the world today.

Directed by Camilla Gurtler

Beyond the Blue was first written and developed by our 5-7 year-old students at the Actors Alive Youth Theatre. To find out more about our youth theatre click here.
