ALL SOULS NIGHT

PRESENTED BY ENSEMBLE VIVICA
What makes us human? Is life corporeal and spiritual? Are we connected to something greater than ourselves?

All Souls Night is a song recital of music set to Irish poetry exploring the experience of motherhood and questioning God.

Experience the artistry of soprano Rachel Pinevska (Deutsche Oper Berlin) and pianist Elli Welsh (Royal Ballet) as they present All Souls Night – an evocative recital of classical songs by Irish poets, exploring motherhood and spirituality. Featuring works by Samuel Barber, Imant Raminsh and newly rediscovered Irish composer Ina Boyle, this concert offers a rare chance to hear some seldom-performed pieces along with the beloved song cycle Hermit Songs. Immerse yourself in the beauty of these Irish musical poems, exploring earth and heaven.

The performance will be sung in English.
